Mole Manchamanteles
For 10 Servings
Ingredients:
1.1 lb of “mole” paste “A mano santa”.
1.1 lb of boiled and strained tomatoes.
10 pieces of chicken, pork or turkey.
1 teaspoon of oil
Chicken broth or bouillon to taste.
Cooking method:
Pre-heat a casserole with oil.
Fry the “mole” and add slowly the strained tomatoes until they are dissolved.
Add the chicken broth or bouillon.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Enjoy.
