You are welcomed by one of our charming hosts with a tasty Mezcal Cocktail. Get comfortable while we handle the rest!

You will taste 7 artisanal meticulously crafted sorbets each made from a unique Mexican fruit, and dessert ice cream (with milk). These frozen delights are paired perfectly with Rare Agave Spirits, including select offerings from Oaxaca. All pairings are served over an informative tasting grid. Each pairing is crafted with love.

One of our certified Sommeliers will guide you through each pairing. Our tasting session offers insightful explanations and engaging stories, making for a fun and educational experience. All of our Sommeliers are certified by the Agave Spirits Institute.
