  • 1.1 lb of boiled and strained tomatoes. 

  • 10 pieces of chicken, pork or turkey. 

  • 1 teaspoon of oil

  • Chicken broth or bouillon to taste. 

Cooking method: 

  1. Pre-heat a casserole with oil. 

  2. Dissolve the “mole” powder in the broth.

  3. Fry the dissolved “mole” and add slowly the strained tomatoes until they are dissolved. 

  4. Add the chicken broth or bouillon.

  5. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

  6. Enjoy.
