My journey as a host began as a wine sommelier, where I honed my skills in sensory evaluation and hospitality. Building on this foundation, I curated cultural and gastronomic tours to Spain, deepening my appreciation and knowledge of global culinary traditions. Inspired by these experiences, I moved to Oaxaca, where I founded Mezcal y Mole, creating a unique tasting experience that celebrates the rich flavors and heritage of the region.
During the pandemic, I adapted to the new global circumstances by launching online experiences through Airbnb, in collaboration with the Agave Spirits Institute. This initiative allowed me to continue sharing my passion for agave spirits with a global audience, despite travel restrictions and social distancing measures.
Now, with a comprehensive background in both wine and agave spirits, and experience in managing both in-person and virtual events, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to each experience I host.
